DECORATED WATER TOWERS … YAY OR NAY?
There seems to be a new trend to decorate water towers as a billboard rather than the more common blue-gray & cream to match Ohio skies. This one is south of Delaware near the Cheshire Crossing subdivision. At the top is a graphic of the cityscape plus a pacer horse race, which represents The Little Brown Jug race held in September. Notice the homes at the very bottom right in the photo.
